NOTE: This event has been rescheduled to Friday, July 22 due to the Rogers outage on our previous date of Friday, July 8.
Discussions about the working class have a tendency to make assumptions about who the average worker is; namely, a white, straight, cisgender male breadwinner working in a unionized industry. This tendency erases the rich and ongoing histories of racialized worker organizing and movement work that have won hard-fought gains for all workers over the years.
Join Spring on Friday, July 22nd at 7pm EDT for a discussion on class, race, and the political work of the multiracial working class.
