Whose Labour? Whose Organizing? Socialism and the Racialized Working Class

Discussions about the working class have a tendency to make assumptions about who the average worker is; namely, a white, straight, cisgender male breadwinner working in a unionized industry. This tendency erases the rich and ongoing histories of racialized worker organizing and movement work that have won hard-fought gains for all workers over the years.
