Toronto leafleting to support education workers

Join Spring for a leafleting session in support of education workers on Monday, July 20 at 5pm in Toronto (Bloor and Dufferin)!

Since 2018, the Ontario government has cut public education funding by over $6 billion. Support worker and Early Childhood Educator jobs are being slashed while class sizes go up, leaving teachers and staff to do more with less support.

Teachers and education workers are heading into collective bargaining, and they’re fighting for better funding and better learning conditions for students across the province. Join us as we spread the word: supporting public education means supporting the workers who deliver it.

We’ll be meeting at the northwest corner of Bloor and Dufferin, outside Dufferin Station. See you there!
