Spring Educational Series: Why the working class?

Join Spring for a talk and discussion, “Why the working class?” taking place on Sunday, June 21 over Zoom at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 2pm AT.
Workers produce all the world’s wealth, but have no control over what’s produced, how it’s produced, or how it’s distributed. That’s because the capitalist system is controlled by a tiny elite of wealthy individuals, whose singular focus is maximizing profit, regardless of the impact on workers, communities, or the environment.
Join this session to talk about how the working class has the capacity to transform the economic system, liberate humanity from oppression, and democratically re-organize production to protect and heal the planet, and all its inhabitants. This session is part of Spring’s educational series on socialism.
