Halifax Reading Group: “Mornings in Jenin” and “Justice for Some: Law and the Question of Palestine”

Please join us for a reading group organized by Free Palestine Halifax and Spring Socialist Network, starting in September 2023.

Participants in Fall Readings for Palestine will be reading “Mornings in Jenin” by Susan Abulhawa and “Justice for Some: Law and the Question of Palestine” by Noura Erakat and participate in facilitated discussions.

We will be meeting on the following dates from 1-3pm at Veith House (3115 Veith Street, Halifax) to discuss the following chapters:

September 23: “Mornings in Jenin,” Chapters 1-27
October 21: “Mornings in Jenin,” Chapters 28-47
November 18: “Justice for Some,” Chapters 1-4
December 9: “Justice for Some,” Chapter 5-Conclusion
